You can help

Regrettably, as of January 24, 2022, we have begun the process of distribution of all assets prior to dissolution of the non-profit corporation and ceased operation of all programs and activities.

The sole purpose for the Dallas Companion Animal Project was “Bringing our Community Together To Save Lives” and we appreciate your past support for our efforts to fight the pet over-population problem here in Dallas, through our hugely successful Pets For Life program that brought free resources to underserved community in Dallas, the critically important Lucy Fund that provided emergency funding for pet owners for ill or injured pets, and Spay Days that provided free and low-cost spay/neuter to pets of all Dallas residents.

The fight is not over, however and we encourage you to consider supporting our many partner organizations still working hard to care for pets and the people who love them, including:

Pets for Life | HumanePro by The Humane Society of the United States

Thank you for your past support of our efforts.  If you have any question or concerns, please  email us at info(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)
